I'm assuming this is the one I submitted. I think this was the first time we applied for a
multi entry business visa; I don't remember if he got it or not.. you can look in his
passport to see if he has it.
I always applied for Russian visas with:

Not sure if Anastasia still works there, but if not, there will be someone there that can
help answer any questions you have. We used them for all 10 or so Russian visas we applied
for through the years.

consulate? I am positive I made a copy of this for my own records but I don't know if it is
