Ike and Lesley,
There was 1 showing of your property this week. There are currently 8 other rentals available in New Canaan that are
within the same price range as yours.
I think that the days on market may be hurting a little. I am going to cancel the listings today and relist them tomorrow
so it looks like a new listing.
When I list it tomorrow do you think we should lower the price to $7000 or $6995?
