work? It looks as though Dec. 2nd might be a possibility — although it leaves with a tight and specific window in which for
us to prepare for the patient. Just so I am aware, would Dec. 16th or dates in January 2015 be an option?
I also wanted to let you know that the HSS Premier program does not participate with any insurance programs. The total
cost is $8,000 for the full day experience 20+ page report, customized plan and videos, and a few follow up visits with
the main medical doctor. Other follow up can be scheduled but may be charged separately. We can discuss payment
options later as well.
