eGenesis, in which we deliver human transplantable organ by engineering animals.
To follow up our last proposal of convertible note, I attached our proposed term sheet in which we offer 15%
discount rate and 8% interest rate for $1.5 million investment as convertible note.
Alternatively, if you wish, we propose the company pre-money evaluation of $15 million and offer you 9.09%
eGenesis preferred share with your $1.5 million investment.
