There was 1 showing of your property this week. There are currently 6 other rentals available in New Canaan that are
within the same price range as yours.
The people who showed Saturday liked the house. They are also looking in Greenwich. They are moving here from
Amsterdam. They are meeting with the 3 schools in town on Thursday and Friday. Bad news is they don't want it until
January 1st. I am still hoping this current tenant that is asking questions will make an offer soon.
