Below is the website...I wanted you to see everything they require...you can click on the
application from this page...do you and Dave have pictures? We will need 35mmx45mm pictures
of both of you for the apps(unless pilots are different and you don't? I don't know!)
Copies of your health insurance and I think you need to also get an actual copy of your
policy...(once again, unless pilots are different) I know you way more of a pro on this stuff
than me!
