Hi ...Bella says she can set up a call for you with Time Warner ...you would need to be
home for the call...hopefully, they could walk you through the issues you are having...can
you coordinate with Bella when you will be home to accept a call from Time Warner? If this
does not work, we will go from there with having someone come over...
