Just a service FYI- not a big deal- although we will not require a wine sommelier since no alcohol will be served,
it will be good to designate someone specifically for each dining engagement, casual or formal, to attend to any
of the refreshments that the guests will be drinking to ensure they receive consistent attention and the level fo
service JE will want to provide.
