This is just a rough draft to give you an idea of the costs associated with the construction loan. The rate is 3.5% but once
we go to close on this loan the rate will then be decreased by 118th if you take advantage of our auto debit making it
3.375%. Please let me know if you would like to proceed. I will send the password in a separate email.
