I spoke with Fred and both he and Russell can meet late morning on May 4, but are unable to travel all the
way to Palm Beach due to other constraints. As such, I suggest wither meeting at Fred's office in Fort
Lauderdale or perhaps somewhere in Boca or Delray - in between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. I have
