Attached please find the draft reverse 1031exchange documents for Hyperion Air, Inc.
I noticed on your email to Jeff Towers that you listed the engine model for the G1159B aircraft as Rolls-Royce 511-8. The
engine model is listed on the FAA website as Rolls-Royce as RB.211 SERIES and the International Registry has three
different possible model types of RB211 22, RB211 524 and R8211535. Can you please advise on the engine model that
I should use for the documents?
