We're not having much luck through New York Times/Monster so are now investigating where else we might
post to get a different batch of candidates. I'm still not 100% sure why he didn't like the last candidate so also
exploring if there's someone who used to work at Seed (so I can personally vouch for them) who might be
interested in at least getting the project started. I have 2 feelers out and should know this week if they want to
discuss.
