I had a call this morning from Senator Hill's chief of staff (he chairs the relevant committee) saying they have
now received the CZM permit modification and would be willing to put it on the agenda for 1/18, or a few
weeks later. I want to let you know that I have a Third Circuit mediation that date and am not sure I would be
available (depending on the time our mediation starts, etc.) but another lawyer from the office could go
(probably Denise) and of course, Bob DeJongh could go along with a "client representative". I told her I
thought the client would want the earliest possible date, but I would check and call her back. if we want that
date, she'll put us on. What is your preference on this? Maria
