Scott tried to get in to the IDisk account with the answers Jeffrey gave me for a security
question but it did not work. Because he tried many times, we now must wait 8 hours before
we can try again to reset. An email was to be sent to the owner of the IDisk (Jeffrey) but
it does not tell you what email address it will be sent to...I can ask JE if he rec'd an
email....
so you know, The only people who would possibly have access to this IDisk password would be
Jeffrey, me, Jermaine, Scott and possibly Nick Lambrose due to him setting up Apple TV's.
Scott asked Jermaine if he knew of the password being reset and Jermaine does not.
While Scott was researching the IDisk problem he logged in to the HBRK server and noticed
some issues...Rich has put a hault on Scott's help and asked that Scott give Rich all his
passwords so Rich can change them. Scott called to tell me the only way he will work for JE
is if Jeffrey calls or emails Scott personally.
Sorry to bother you with this while you are away...I can handle the stuff I was working on
for Jeffrey just fine...but we may need to find an Apple tech who can figure this out? We
are going to want/need access to the File Cabinet files.
