Hi Jeffrey attached the power point I was Hying to send you last night
Ok, let me explain why I'm proposing that this can be an option site for your House
From this top location you can see both Island and have a commanding views to most of the different areas
We can design all the views with an orientation to the North and South
But, on this design will be using the tip of the of the hill (or mountain)
As a divider for the different areas of house
Only the kitchen will looking towards St Thomas to the West. (Night Views will show lights on the distance)
but for most of the other spaces we will avoid this view
Yes from the dining and breakfast area you can see Christmas Cove, but from their own perspective (looking up)
they won't see anything, we will make sure to extend the terraces
We can design strategic Stonewalls to divert the East winds, I can see that your other neighboring hill (to the
East), is already blocking some of those wind forces
Your Master Bedroom will be oriented to the North, as well the piano lounge and Main Living room

The Dining room will looking to the South, (to the endless ocean views) but we will design an alternative
breakfast area, on the northern side looking at the Pool
The movie theatre and Hamam rooms are in between the house (please see drawing) and notice that some
corridors are internal and some are cover walk ways; all the services corridors are block from the every day
service or cleaning crew
This House will always enjoy different moods not only because the Architecture but because the lighting,
landscape and different views, that a 360 degree offers
I will mention that your Master Bedroom will have an independent arrival.
The living room and kitchen will have their own arrival
Please give me your comments
