I have scheduled the CT Scans of your sinuses/neck and ultrasound of your thyroid Dr. Josephson wants you to
do for Monday Sept. 18th ...you are to arrive at 8am for 8:15am start time. This is the same day as your
endoscopy with Dr. Krumholtz at 1:30pm...NO FOOD starting at 5:30am, clear liquids OK up to 10:30am. CT
scans are without contrast. You will see Dr. Josephson immediately after the exams at 10am...you must take the
films from your exams with you to Dr. Josephson. I will be sure to tell Lenox Hill Radiology the films must be
expedited that morning and handed to you before you leave.
