I just received your message. Dr. Hartl did say he can see Mr. Epstein tomorrow at 9:45am, I am just waiting on
confirmation that a room is available. Also, please inform Mr. Epstein that Dr. Hard does not participate with
United Healthcare so he will have to pay $350 at the time of the visit and we will submit to the insurance. Please
