Hi Jeffrey -
I thought you might enjoy keeping up with our Music Mind & Brain class - please see the attached .docx
I've attached PDFs of the reading assignment.
No need to answer Question #3 (10, but for Question #4 if you want to do a 1-on-1 seminar on the one that
interests you most - like we would do in our journal club at the Eaton-Peabody Laboratory of Auditory
Physiology at HMS/MIT - we could Skype on a Friday or on the weekend.
Among the seminar topics is "Intelligence, Talent, & Creativity," - I'm guessing that might be your top choice.
Guest proffing with me that seminar is one of Ringo's current and George's former managers, Eric Gardner.
Ringo learned to play drums as a sick grade schooler who spent a year-plus in an infirmary - wouldn't it be nice
if we could recruit him for The Institute Board?! We need a replacement for Institute Founding Board Member
Sir George Martin, who produced every Beatles album except Let It Be (their own personal de facto professor)
and passed away a couple if years ago. His son did the 2017 remix of the stereo version of Sgt Pepper I sent you
a few months agoxxx
