Third if it were me I would write answers to these but get on the phone. The one thing he
says is "they thought these allegations serious enough to raise" is flawed because that isn't
how "smear campaigns" work (his words I quoted). I would just be factual. I would follow
up with the email proof and tell him just that—I only have the ones that went to gates too.
You can calmly talk about reporter being non salacious but if he is trying to be then he is
missing the boat on salacious.
