- spaghetti (I like De Cecco brand if they have it, if not any other)
- 10 good ripe red plum tomatoes
- 2 ( 28 oz ) cans of peeled plum tomatoes, preferably San Marzano
- fresh Parmesan cheese
- fresh basil
- bay leaf
- fresh parsley
- 2 large yellow onions
- garlic ( 1-2 heads)
- fresh salmon
- maple syrup ( organic if possible)
- sun maid raisins
- dark brown sugar
