Brice, would you be able to have a talk with a potential chef today? He will be cooking a dinner on Friday night
and a lunch on Sat. in NY for JE and I thought it might be beneficial for you to speak with him to give a little
direction and input.
This is a guy Steve Hanson found, and Steve was also interested in being in on the call. Is there a time that works
