Here I send you a job offer application for you to fill and the sample ofmy last year job offer. Fill out this form
like in the sample please. In a 'JOB DESCRIPTION' part you'll see the line 'Description of general job duties' -
better write there only 'cleaning', and in the line 'Job is valid FROM' write the same date as in the sample only
for 2010 year. In the part 'HOUSING' just point to 'No'. The other lines exept your personal information you may
fill like in the sample. Or you may fill only the lines with your personal information and your signature, and the
rest I'll fill by myself. Ask me if you have any questions.
