As discussed over the phone attached please find original invoice for carpet purchase. UPS will contact you
shortly to schedule an appointment for carpet inspection. UPS tracking number is RFD 036019955. After
inspection you will be asked to file a claim and forward to claim department. Within 30 days you will receive a
confirmation from UPS. The processing of the claim takes up to 120 days.
