attached is a proper time line and updated cost list with apt 4M added. If we keep 4M, it will need new
bathroom, floors refinished, painted, new appliances and some new furniture, not all. I'm having Anthony go in
today and do another smell test to access the situation.
Please note 8H and 10F are not complete; still waiting for furniture input of Karyna and Sue. I know Karyna has
ordered some furniture and she is going to send me the updated costs and what has been ordered so far. I will add
once I receive this.
Also waiting on quote for window treatments and will add when received.
