i spoke with Duc Duc and Bloomingdales today regarding the beds and mattresses
i confirmed with bloomingdales that the mattresses ordered were 60 x 80
duc duc said the bed should be 60 x 80.75 yet i am told that they are only 75 inches long..
karen can you please measure both the bed (inside of head and foot rail) and mattress with a measuring tape and
take photos highlighting the number on the tape...
i will then forward to duc duc to show they were built incorrectly
can you also please confirm that crew followed all directions and inventoried the parts..
