As Norwegians they do not need a visa for Bermuda (Bermuda tourist visa is not required for citizens of Norway for a
stay up to 180 days) and the kids are traveling with their biological parents (Terje Rod-Larsen and Mona Juul). Did I

Good Afternoon Mr Kahn,
As I discussed with you we do need to have visa information for the Norwegian passengers going to Bermuda on May
6th. Also we need to verify that both biological parents are traveling with the minors. If not we will need the attached
minor consent form completed and notarized by absent parent prior to departure. Please fax a copy to us at 216-797-
3400 before the trip and the original needs to be carried on board the flight. In addition please provide the following
information:
• Predeparture contact person and phone number
• Number of days out of the US
• Will the passengers be declaring anything
