Hi Karyna,
As soon as your Postmate has picked up your order from Match 65 Brasserie, we'll give you access to
call or text them them directly. This is really helpful for things like giving a bit more detail to your
delivery instructions like, "Hey, I'm in the lobby on the comfy chairs," but what we can't do with this is
change the delivery address altogether. Since our Postmates are on the move all day, we need to keep
things running as efficiently as possible without changing things on the fly.
You'll also be able to track your Postmate in real-time on a map within the app, so you'll always know
how close you are to enjoying your order.
