Hi Daphne,
I just spoke again with Ms. James from the office of risk management, they still haven't sent the letter. I
explained to her that the board requires all the paperwork to be submitted by Sept. 1st for the license renewal and
this is now 2 since she promised me the letter. She asked to call her back in 5 min and now her extension is not
available.
Would you please try to sort it out today or Monday if you can.
