Dear MS Richardson, THank you for taking the time to speak to me on the phone yesterday. I am looking
forward to being approved for licensure at the next Board meeting. I am following up as you requested to verify
that my application is complete . I have requested confirming emails and will call you again today to make
certain that you have what is needed. My concern arises out of the fact that I have been told twice before that it
is complete only to have another request a few weeks later. I would like to start practicing as soon as possible.
I have set up an office , applied for malpractice insurance and a tax id as requested. Again thank you for your
