Hi Arda, I'm leaving town early tomorrow morning, so I wanted to send to you all the documents which I
currently have that might be helpful in establishing my company name and address. I'm not sure how anyone
could question the name and address of the business after seeing all of these items. It is my Certificate of
Authority, 2 letters from the IRS stating the company name, address, EIN number, my Business Certificate and
several invoices from vendors which are to the trade only which I have purchased fabrics, furniture, etc from for
