As per your request, I am writing to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of subpoenas and
witness fees on behalf of the above-mentioned victims who are our clients.
We have advised our clients that they have been served through us and are attempting to
ascertain their current whereabouts and availability to come to West Palm Beach to testify at the
specified trials. We have also instructed them to keep us advised as to their whereabouts. At any
given time one or more of these victims may be impossible to locate, incompetent to testify and/or
unavailable due to medical or legal restrictions.
