Interest payments are current, Jeffrey. I am holding up my end of our current agreement. I am not in breach of any
agreement. I introduced the notion of paying back the principal now and am making best efforts to conclude that deal.
And I explained to you that certain aspects of that contemplated transaction are out of my hands. I do not believe it is
reasonable or appropriate to threaten punitive actions.
