While I continue to have reservations as to the potential fallout from us taking action on the grounds of breach of
confidentiality/privacy for the reasons we discussed, nonetheless, given the Mail's persistently provocative stance, this may
still represent an alternative strategy, perhaps coupled with also hitting them on the core defamatory allegation and other
factual errors in their coverage.
Perhaps therefore you could let me have a copy of the Confidentiality Agreement signed by Kathy and Miles Alexander in
order that I can review this in conjunction with your common law and Article 8 rights.
