Jeffrey - I have delivered a general presentation to your apartment on the preferred partnership freeze which was one of
the strategies we reviewed briefly and that may be responsive to your request for leveraged planning opportunities that
effectively allow for control of the entity to be retained; albeit in a capacity as managing member. We would more than
