Tough... Kind of weird when the people you know and your friends become your clients. Started to work right
away, it was easier to practice during breakfast time since there were less people. Still have to get used with
the tray ( heavy, have to take it with one hand) and many little details to remember. At the end of the day my
feet were on fire because they want me to wear hills. Today I've earned like 40euros tip, not bad for a start
specially when you drop the whole glass of champagne while surving... Good place to learn discipline. I will
