Following up -
Anthony (Tony) lovine (Owner, VP or Operations) visited with Merwin last week. I have just returned
from a weeklong trip. From a brief discussion that I had with Mr. lovine and a subsequent call that he
had from Merwin today, we envision a new direction that will upgrade the system from head end to
cameras and will produce a finished product to meet your needs and expectations. Once a
console design is settled (see below), we would like to conference with you, Richard Kahn and
perhaps Mr. Epstein, if possible, to discuss your vision, our concept and the cost considerations. The
objective will be to put financial, aesthetic and technology objectives on the table and to clarify our
course that will enable us to continue forward as efficiently as possible.
