thank you for the quick reply
please confirm the 79% you refer to is on total system capacity of 311kw so accordingly we have 246kw of
usable power

Richard,
Batteries performed well the past two days and nights. They started out at 40% two days ago and as of this
morning they are at 79%. So they are charging well and performing as expected. As of now we do not have
an install date set until the cluster product clears customs and is available on island. We will update you
accordingly and are expecting the products to be on island and available in the next few business days.
Best regards,

Good morning Rich,
Yesterday Aquion and SMA(Germany) had a conference call about the issues we have been
experiencing. For weeks Aquion had been telling us their Battery Management System(BMS) was not
capable of causing our issues. After a series of final tests our technician, Jason Mazzone, was able to
reprogram the inverters to bypass the BMS while still operating within the Aquion charging and
discharging window. All batteries are up and running and today will be the ultimate test if the batteries
made it through the night. Since the BMS is no longer limiting the SMA inverters charging pattern the
system can now charge at the full solar potential.
Next week the multi-cluster box will arrive and once this is installed the 120/208v solar project will be
100% complete.
Once finalized, we will be seeking compensation from Aquion for the weeks of labor incurred during
troubleshooting and will also request reimbursement for the time and transportation costs you have
incurred. Thank you for understanding.
