I hope he ends up in Dallas. He'd be great at SMU law school.
I'm going thru due diligence phase now and working on the APA. All good so far.
If you ever decide to sell El Brillo, I'd seriously like to buy it. Do you know calvin klein's ex wife (kelly, I think).
She built a terrific, small modem house near yours. Just curious. If it came on the mkt, I'd make a run for it. I like
having real estate in great spots - that's my goal.
