follows:
I) AP SHL Partners - your ownership is via FTC (k-I received in ftc name annually)
2) AP Technology Partners - your ownership is via FTC (k-1 received in ftc name annually)
3) Environmental Solutions
a) 151,494 shares - your ownership is via FTC and shares are held in JPM account 038-66056
b) 13,198,711 shares - your ownership is via FTC and shares are held via stock certificates (in safe in NY)
