American Express declined our dispute with Ritz Health Club charge for $1,391.06 based on the supporting
documents received from Ritz. After discussing with Amex the issue i was advised to reopen investigation by
providing more details. I challenged Ritz and received a signed agreement for the charge (see attached). Please
advise. In order to dispute further i will need more details from you on why this charge is inappropirate. Please
advise.
