Didn't get anything from rich last week so assume he was tied up.
Would have a big impact on business to get things in place before the
holidays... staff is very energized by recent wins (IBM just last
week) and by you coming on board and we should use momentum for big
revenue start in jan. and it would mean a lot to me personally to
start the new year fresh... could use your help.
