Always been part of my life plan. Could happily live in USVI's and come to NYC a week or 2 a month for meetings/deals. I
have a few super smart friends that would make the move too. I read up on all the updated tax laws last night. Kristi and I
interviewed the staff at Antilles school in August. We've looked at buying a home or boutique hotel, etc. If I opened a place on
St John it would be an instant hot spot as I have a large personal following and outstanding connects in hospitality. I can very
effectively run my current business from anywhere within striking distance to NYC. One of my fund partners (very
accomplished known media guy, Columbia MBA, etc) would also buy a home in USVI and split time between there and NYC.
So yes quite serious.
