i just spoke to eric who continues to state that he is on time with everything including some change orders which
he will send pricing on tomorrow
when i asked when work began he just give blanket statement that the only thing that can now delay aug 1
deadline is carpet decision if not made soon
he said that sacco pricing was 3-4x his allocation in budget and that sacco pricing was ridiculous
i asked him if he was marking up and he said no and he would forward all emails to show that
i tried sacco to question pricing but mark is gone for the day and has not responded to my email
eric spoke a lot as he always does, did a bit of wining but continues to say he loves jee and will do anything to
please you..

This being said, you decided to upgrade your material selection to a 100% silk carpet that costs over 3 times the amount.
