Good conversation yesterday. To be continued on Monday after the CEO and his team will prepare more
material. Darren & Nicole could also share impressions with you.
My accountant in Israel insists that from IL tax code perspective it's important we will established our
partnership as a US LLC. Can I introduce him to Darren so that we'll be well coordinated on this issue?
Secondly, I assume that by Monday evening we will be ripe for decision on the investment. Most probably a
positive one. PI make the proper preparations for such a case.
