I always want all quotes broken out per item via
Either /charge for each
Square foot- concrete
Running foot- sheetrock- walls-+electric runs
Per actual individual item- ie plants/trees- plumbing- electric sockets-
I t makes it easier if durinjn the job - you want to add 50 feet its x but u don't need 50 feet and want to reduce
scope the reduction of $ was always half of x
