A boat GM has no labor laws to deal with
No health code to deal with
If business is bad they move the boat
Very few return customers to the same boat
If there is a hurricane they move the boat
No landscaping
No electric bill
AND if the boat sinks he goes on vacation!!
Boat GM code never be a regular land based resort GM.
