Below is a line item for the following work at your Palm Beach Property that is attached as an Excel spread
sheet
with tabs at the bottom to view each project individually if needed.
The first tab, Neptune LLC Construction Master, will give you all the information needed for the projects (costs,
description of services, lead time to start, days to complete, etc).
If needed I can send you the backup documentation from Dan as a pdf.
