By this email, I am requesting an interview with Jeffrey Epstein in connection with an article I am
writing that deals with his case. Should Mr. Epstein decline to be interviewed, please ask him to
state the reason or reasons why.
Also, in the event he declines to be interviewed, please ask him to answer the following questions in
writing. He should feel free to elaborate in any way he see fits.
Here are my questions.
1. Please describe your relationship with Alan Dershowtiz. Is it professional, social or both?
2. Does Mr. Dershowitz still act as your lawyer? If so, in what capacity? Do you still compensate
him for his legal services? If not when was the last time that you compensated him for his legal
services?
3. According to court papers, you have stated that your prison sentence was overly harsh. Why do
you believe that was the case?
4. Do you currently serve as an officer, executive, paid advisor or paid consultant to any companies,
investment firms or business entities? If so, please list each one and the role or roles you play in it.
5. It is my understanding that you meet socially or provide financial or philantrophic advice to a
number of people. I have been told those people include, among others, Bill Gates, Woody Allen
and Ehud Barack. Is that the case?
Again, please feel to elaborate in any way you choose.
Should Mr. Epstein decline to be interviewed, I would appreciate his responses by the close of
business tomorrow (Tuesday), December I, 2015
