the original estimate did not include the garage or trim
there are two options for garage work
1, just paint garage, including trim to match house color, $2,200
2. stucco cracks and paint to match house, $4,100.00
the garage does have hair line cracks in the front and south walls
do we have your approval to proceed and which option for garage
