Hi Jeffrey,
Did you receive the agreement with MIT that I sent you? We still don't know how the valuation was established
or even if Noam received some tax benefits. I am trying to find out about it with our lawyer.
We are going to Phoenix today. Do you think would it be possible to establish the Linguistics and Cognitive
Science Institute there, if Noam decides so, with me being the director? If so, how should we approach the
subject?
